Instructions:

 Use once or twice a week. Massage into hair and comb through evenly with fingers. Let treatment work for 5 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

REVIEW PRODUCT:

I personally tend to use it more than twice a week, I usually use it whenever I was my hair, which is about 3/4 times a week (I know, i'm disgusting but its actually the healthiest for your hair.)

I apply some to the ends and work my way up with a comb, and leave it "marinating" (yes, i'm hungry) for 5-7 minutes. 

Consistency:Rather than being creamy, I believe it is more of a jelly consistency. It's very lightweight, and slides very easily on the hand (as shows below)
